OUR PROGRAMS
Kids
Tae Kwon do provides a unique experience for children of all ages. Unlike many team sports, it develops each child’s individual strengths and allows everyone to improve at their own pace. Our program is based on lifetime learning concepts in addition to technical skills. With our curriculum, children can learn effective self-defense and a means for character development and discipline, which results in improvement in home and at school.
Adults
We offer a curriculum which provides an extensive course in martial arts for people ages 13 and above. There is no age limit to learn the discipline of Tae Kwon Do. Students will notice improvement in their strength and coordination as well as their health. Like all physical exercise, Tae Kwon Do will help reduce body fat and build muscle mass, while also learning self-defense.
